Runwork, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Runwork," "we," "our," or "us"), is committed to protecting your privacy. Runwork, Inc. is the data controller for personal information processed through the Service.

  • Newsletter Signups: Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter, along with which page you subscribed from. You do not need a Runwork account to subscribe, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send

  • Usage Data: Features used, actions taken, and interaction patterns
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs

  • Blaxel: Sandboxed compute for building, running, and previewing applications
  • Anthropic, OpenAI & Google: AI model providers for platform AI features (when enabled)
  • Resend: Delivery of account and service emails, and of our newsletter if you subscribe
  • Payment Processors: Secure payment processing
  • Analytics Providers: Usage analytics and performance monitoring

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4.3 Business Transfers

You can update your account information through your profile settings.

7.3 Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7.4 Communication Preferences

Every newsletter we send carries an unsubscribe link. It opens a preference page where you can leave one topic and keep the others, or unsubscribe from all of them at once. We act on that immediately, and we will not add you back.

Opting out of the newsletter does not affect essential service emails such as sign-in codes, invitations, and billing notices, which we need to send you to operate your account.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them.

9. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (e.g., Slack, HubSpot, Stripe) through Runwork, we access only the data necessary to provide the integration features you request. Each integration's data access is governed by the permissions you grant and the third party's own privacy policy.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in compliance with applicable laws.

11. Children's Privacy

Runwork is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Runwork after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
