I grew up in offices. Literally since age 2. (Thanks Dad!) I've spent my whole career inside teams, watching how work actually gets done.
After co-founding and running MotaWord (a modern translation platform with 30,000+ linguists), I watched our team meet AI the way every team did: one person at a time. Everyone taught their own AI the same lessons and built their own little automations, and none of it reached anyone else.
What one person figured out died on their laptop. The company got a hundred private experiments and kept nothing.
That gap is Runwork. We moved our whole company onto it, and now we're building it for yours.
