We already pay for ChatGPT Team. What does this add?
A team plan gives everyone their own seat on the same product. It does not make what one person figures out available to anyone else, it stops at the edge of that one product, and it tells you nothing about who is actually improving. Runwork adds the shared part: skills that sync into each person's own tool, connected business tools everyone can act on, work that keeps running on a schedule, and an adoption view for whoever has to answer whether this is landing.
Which model does Runwork use?
Whichever one you point it at. Save your Anthropic, OpenAI or Google key and everything your agents run routes through it, on your account and your billing. Runwork does not pick models for you and does not resell inference.
What happens when we move from Claude to something else next year?
Your team's skills, integrations, records and automations live in Runwork, not inside an AI vendor, so they are still there on the new tool. This is the main reason to keep them somewhere neutral. You will change AI tools again, probably sooner than you think.
Is this a governance or monitoring product?
